iPOD Ninny Mom!
At first, i was not going to post this, but it is quite stupid. Now, you can read the story which has been going on for at least a month now, from the link below (with links to the back story), but I want to get the gist out of the way.
A 14 year old girl lends a friend her iPod. Friend's stupid behind let's it get stolen by leaving said Ipod on the girl's desk when she wasn't there. Girl sues friend for iPod. "Someone" was nice enough to buy the girl a brand new iPod Nano, a case, and $50 iTunes gift card. Girl's mom, who files the previous mentioned lawsuit, refuses the gift. All parties were invited to appear on Judge Mathis, but after consideration, girl's mom declined. Well, I guess Judge Mathis wasn't good enough because that brings us to:

Yea, haven't heard anything else from this case lately... I hope that's for the better.

Now I want to see the mother's face when she ends up losing the case and having by her child another ipod.
